The submission of abstracts to enrich the scientific programme of the IMCS Congress was possible until December 18, 2024 via the submission form.

General information and requirements of submission:

  • Posters are equally submitted as abstracts related to the respective topics.
  • The presenter is responsible for the compliance with data protection, copyrights, ethic regulations and laws on animal protection, and export control.
  • Abstracts must be unclassified and approved for public release. The abstracts must not promote research in fields of work that are illegal in the Federal Republic of Germany, such as the development of CBRN weapons or anti-personnel mines.
  • Accepted abstracts will be published as conference proceedings or book of abstracts.
  • All listed authors have to consent to the abstract text as well as to their publication in all congress media.
  • Each presenter must register for the congress in order to confirm the presentation in Freiburg.
  • If the presenter has not registered by that time, the contribution will be deleted from the programme.
